For now, let’s dive into 15 New Social Media Content Ideas.

Number one, start a series. Make your post connected and feel more cohesive by creating a series of daily, weekly, or even monthly posts. You can do this by focusing on one central theme or topic.

Two, host an “ask me anything” event. This is an excellent way to engage with your fans and get them talking to you directly for advice. These are effective live Q&A sessions that will share your valuable insights and experiences to your followers.

Number three, reposts, retweet, and share. Not everything you post has to be something of your own. Make your fans part of the conversation by resharing their content. Enabling them to create user-generated content brings lots of fresh content that you can take inspiration from as well.

Four, create smaller, bite-sized video content. Five-second materials are super popular nowadays. They require minimal editing and you can make use of different free apps to do so.

Five, co-creation. A blessing in disguise. Partner with another brand, influencer, or network to develop a new marketing campaign or pieces of content like a book, course, or vlog.

Six, make tutorials. They’re pretty darn educational and valuable. Enough said.

Number seven, going live. This is a great content idea. According to Bold Content, people spend three times more watching live videos than pre-taped ones. Marketers use them to involve users in their content pieces.

Number eight, highlight and share your customer’s testimonials and feedback. These are great for building trust and credibility.

Nine, poke fun using memes. Businesses shouldn’t be afraid to join in on the internet fun. Nothing screams I’m funny and cool than marketing with humorous satires and images. But take note, it’s not for everyone.

Ten, capitalize on trending topics and culture. Jump in on what’s trending on your Twitter feed and be relevant using topical content.

Eleven, create content that makes your followers tag a friend, family member, or coworkers. This instantly ups your engagement numbers, but make sure that the idea is relevant to your unique selling proposition.

Twelve, run deals that are social media exclusive. Promos like these make people crazy over discounts and coupons, and they’re also easier to track thanks to UTM links.

Thirteen, learn more about your audience with polling. Ask questions about anything under the sun. Or better yet, ask them things that are relevant to your brand and offer a price that they do sell and share it.

Fourteen, simply respond. Nothing makes your follower’s day than knowing that there is an actual person posting, tweeting, or sharing. It makes them feel appreciated.

Fifteen, celebrate your wins, use your post to celebrate important company milestones and goals. Highlight your achievements. This is a great way to thank your followers for helping you reach your goals. It also brings them closer to your brand and makes them feel like part of something bigger.

Congratulations, you have new types of content! If you’re bogged down by your old content, I hope these ideas gave you some new insight to spice things up.
